6. Itinerary Changes
- The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to the clients as soon as possible.
7. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- The Company acts as an agent for the clients in making arrangements for transportation, hotels, and other services. While the Company will endeavor to provide the best services possible, it does not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
- Clients must comply with the instructions of the trek leaders and guides at all times. The Company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to adhere to these instructions.
8. Personal Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment. The Company will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
9. Photography and Marketing
- The Company reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the trek for promotional and marketing purposes. By booking with Cool Trekking Pvt. Ltd, you consent to the use of these images for such purposes.
10. Governing Law
