What especially stood out to me were her organizational skills, decision-making, risk awareness, knowledge of the terrain and environment, communication skills and flexibility to adapt the itinerary and make changes to the plan when I wanted to do something different. I was nervous about the altitude and how I would be able to deal with it, which she handled professionally with sound advice and made me feel very safe throughout my trip. We also had a lot of fun and shared a lot of laughs. I highly recommend Manisha as a trek leader, and am so glad that she was on my trek with me. Thank you for everything, Manisha!
